After a week of rain, we were delighted that the sun came out, and on a weekend nonetheless! We decided to treat Audrey to a quick trip to the beach and ourselves to one of our favorite Newport restaurants, The Brick Alley Pub. We met up with our friends Josh and Meg (or Josh and Egg as Audrey would say) where they witnessed Audrey's talkative (and shrieking) self and her inability to hold her bladder when she's having too much fun at the playground (at least we were outside in the sand!)
We ended our night out with cupcakes from Charlie's Cupcakes. They were delicious and caused Audrey to go a little nuts. She ran around in circles, singing "I have dream" over... and over.... and over.
